CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE / VISA REJECTION
In the event that a participant cancels the trip, requests a change of departure date, requests changes to the agreed travel program, or if a visa application is rejected by the embassy or related authorities, the following terms and conditions shall apply:
Once the registration process has been confirmed, the booking fee and all deposits paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. These funds are immediately allocated for securing flight seats, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, attraction tickets, and commitments to related partners and vendors.
Any cancellation made within 30 calendar days prior to the departure date, or less, will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the total tour package price.
Changes to departure dates, participant substitutions, or itinerary modifications may only be made upon approval by the travel organizer and are subject to seat availability, hotel availability, and related vendor policies. Any additional costs arising from such changes shall be fully borne by the participant.
Visa approval is solely under the authority of the respective embassy or immigration office and remains beyond the responsibility of the travel organizer. Visa fees, booking fees, deposits, and any costs already incurred for reservation processes are non-refundable.
FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure refers to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties involved that cannot be predicted or avoided, resulting in part or all of the trip being unable to operate as originally planned.
Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited to:
natural disasters
pandemics or disease outbreaks
wars and geopolitical conflicts
civil unrest
airport or airspace closures
government policy changes
international sanctions
security disturbances
immigration restrictions
transit regulation changes
and other conditions affecting travel operations, including situations related to Russia, Iran, the Middle East, and the Arabian Peninsula.
Under force majeure conditions, for operational continuity and participant safety, the travel organizer reserves the right at any time to:
modify travel routes
change airlines
alter transit cities
adjust itineraries
reschedule departures
or cancel part or all of the journey without prior notice.
Any itinerary changes made for safety and operational reasons shall not be considered grounds for refund claims on unused services, particularly when such changes result from airline policies, airport authority regulations, local government policies, or international security conditions.
Should force majeure result in additional expenses outside the original package, including but not limited to extra accommodation, meals, flight ticket changes, land transportation, visa fees, transit hotels, or other operational necessities, all such costs shall be fully borne by the participant.
